Russ Settoon, the youngest son of Fred and Shirley Settoon, started his own marine company, Settoon Towing, in 1994. Two years later, Russ purchased and merged with his father’s company, Settoon Marine, at just 23 years old, with energy, vision, and work ethic that earned him a strong reputation. For the next 15 years, Settoon Towing made many acquisitions and formed strategic partnerships in oil field service, oil field construction, and marine transportation.
