Russ is the CEO and founder of Settoon Capital. An entrepreneur and leader, Russ has founded, seeded and grown numerous successful companies. From Pierre Part, Louisiana, Russ started Settoon Towing early in his career and grew it to become one of the largest liquid cargo transportation providers in the U.S. Russ is currently CEO and Chairman of Settoon Towing and serves on the Board of Directors of Rigid Constructors. He is a Board Member of the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries and a lifelong member and supporter of Ducks Unlimited. Russ is a land owner, wildlife manager and conservationist.
