Ben joined Settoon Capital in 2022 and has primarily focused on active and passively held operating companies, including executive management, financial support, and transaction diligence. He is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and ongoing oversight of its investment portfolio. Before joining Settoon, Ben spent 15 years with a large regional CPA firm headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA where he served as a Director in their Consulting Division providing business valuation and transaction advisory services. Ben is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance and is a licensed CPA. He has served on various industry and professional organizations, including the Society of Louisiana CPAs, Association of Builders and Contractors, Construction Financial Management Association, and Association of Corporate Growth.
